After a personal experience with severe Postnatal Depression, she trained as a Psychotherapist and set up Only Human Therapy. She offers holistic and practical emotional support for Mums who are suffering with their Mental Health. Sara believes that prevention is better than cure and offers her clients an opportunity to truly heal and transform their lives. Areas of expertise include; Depression, Anxiety, Perfectionism, Guilt, Self Worth, OCD, Identity and any changes that occur as a result of becoming a Mother.
