In Christine's words:

"For many years I had struggled with my mental health and this had an impact on me in many areas of my life. I was the one to make a change in 2015 when I just had enough and didn't want to go on living the way I was. It all started by working on myself and getting to know what I really wanted in life rather than living life thinking what was the point. I have massively grown personally and professionally and love the journey I am on and continue to be on. I love who I have become.

Becoming part of something helped me to become who I am today 'a better version of me'. I was able to discover who I wanted to be and what I really wanted to do.

I now help people see how they can transform their own life as there is always a better life we can always live. Going through the experience myself I know what helped me to transform my life and allowed me to start living a more fulfilling one. So I am very passionate to help others.

I am an accredited Play and Creative Arts therapist and Therapeutic Mindfulness trainer."
