Harriet is an Art Therapist and mental health professional based right on the Kent & East Sussex border in the UK. She is passionate about using creativity as a tool for managing and maintaining mental health and for processing the extremities life sometimes throws at us.
When she isn't creating this podcast, Harriet runs a business creating art packs for children to support their mental wellbeing and works with Art Therapy clients privately in her Art studio.
Harriet's biggest mental health crutches are getting out in nature (especially by the sea), being creative in whichever way she feels inspired, following her intuition, making self care a daily essential and her mischievous cat - Nutmeg.
