  • Mind Charity, "for better mental health" click here. Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. There is lots of support you can access through mind such as information, support and guidance for supporting other people. 

  • In the UK Your GP or Doctor can advise and help you get support such as accessing mental health servicesbut if you can't go to the doctors you can access online support from the NHS here.

  • Staying Safe from suicidal thoughts is an excellent online resource which specifically helps you to create a safety plan - what to do when you are feeling in crisis. You can find them here.

  • Mind Charity also have support for planning for a mental health crisis if it were to happen here.

  • Heads Together Heads Together wants to help people feel much more comfortable with their everyday mental wellbeing and have the practical tools to support their friends and family. Click here.
